1. Water tank leaks.2. Appears to be Pre-used or returned.3. Low built quality for the price tag.I want to return the product (refund) so I can buy another one from other brand at Amazon but the product is listed only for replacement.

Replacement product was decent
Good product but was first sent a broken one with the water cup missing. The replacement came after more than a week by when the cold was already cured.

It is a very useful thing.. it works nice for blocked nostril as well as in facial. It gives the comfort while taking the steam. It also helps the elderly people as they don’t have to bend forward to take steam
