Exactly like OEM
Exact fit and was OEM part. Price for one relay at auto zone or advance auto parts was almost $40. Was able to get two here for around $11. Worked great.

It is an exact replacement of the standard Ford relay but at a much lower price.
My 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid was having a problem with the A/C not cooling when stationary. I suspected the electric cooling fan, so I did a basic diagnostic and discovered that the fan relay was not operating. I took a relay from a different circuit and replaced the fan relay to which the fan operated correctly. I ordered two units to keep one as a spare. I opened the bad relay and found the relay coil to be open, so it is unrepairable. I believe that an original Ford relay would had cost over $20! Add the cost for a dealer diagnostic and the total cost would had been over $200!

Work well. Only 4 stars because they are not labeled. Just solid color black.
Work well but not labeled.

Works as advertised
Fixed my 2013 F150 when none of the windows would roll down. It also came with 2, so I carry the backup in my glovebox in case it ever happens again. Pretty good price to fix your stuff and give you some additional insurance against future problems.

Worked in 2013 Chevy Volt
After all my cigarette lighters stopped working I learned the relay might be bad. Solutions were to jump it and keep the lighters on all the time, or track down a replacement relay.Glad I spent the $10 to keep it factory, and only took 30 seconds to swap. Exact fit on Chevy Volt 2013 (and probably all gen 1s).

They work
Bought and used 2, both have been working fine for a couple of weeks now. Says 12 month warranty, we'll see. I'm going to order again.

Resolved my issue
This relay appears to be the reason my 2011 Lincoln MKC was overheating when it ran ar idle for several minutes. This controls the fans that cool the radiator when it gets hot and before. I didn't feel them running often when the temperature was high. With this new relay. The fan was running slow at idle and when the coolant temp went up. The fans ran at a high speed and dropped the temp gouge to normal, so running properly now

Generic relay with no markings
There are several other vendors selling this same spec relay but with photos of relays without markings. I paid a bit more so it could be identified if pulled again. Instead I got an unmarked generic relay.I now see that other reviewers have received used, unmarked, and nonfunctional relays.I added one star from the lowest score because the two I received are functional.(Pull in voltage 8-9V vs OEM 6.5v.)(Also a 2013 Chevy Volt lighter relay failure. Test swapped with good Rear Defroster relay.)(Replaces OEM Omron G8HE-1A7T-R2-DC12 relay with a solenoid wire fatigue crack.)
