What I found was a solid, well-put-together book that is more that a book. The product launch chapters are particularly good. The use of exercises and stories brings the book to life. This forces the reader to take action and produce results ... assuming that they actually do the exercises and follow-up work. This book is a whole workshop with links to external resources, inspiring stories, usable advice, practical exercises and more. There is some much in these pages that I actually suspended work on my current projects while I work through Robbert Coorey's master piece. If this material was offered in a weekend event, there would not be enough time available to cover all the content in the book. As I write this review, I'm investing a complete week of my time (30 hours) to work through everything. Don't let this book get away ... grab it and use it right now ... you'll find that the time you put in on applying Coorey's advice will deliver dividends beyond all expectations ... I definitely did & continue to do so! The finest combination of strategy, tactics and philosophy
As a publisher, I don't hand out 5 star reviews lightly. I'm picky because I have to be. When I do voice my opinion, it comes with a modest amount of experience of publishing dozens of non-fiction works and working with hundreds of clients. Feed a Starving Crowd certainly earns the 5 stars you see, peppering the reviews of Robert's book. I am honored to add my 5 star review to it. Why? There's some Serious GOLD within these pages! Learn from someone who's done it already!
I'm halfway through the book already, and there's some serious GOLD here, folks! Robert shows us how to hone in on our perfect prospects, show them the goods, and close the deal! Bingo! "Success leaves Clues!", folks! He knows his stuff! I've enjoyed learning from Robert these last few years, being on his email list, and I'm very thankful finally written this book! Well Fed
Robert Coorey was a speaker at the Sam Cawthorn bootcamp I attended in May 2014. I have been using social media for a few years, however Robert's presentation (and his book) was full of new ideas I could be implementing to improve what I'm doing - most of it for free! I started reading Feed a Starving Crowd on the flight home from bootcamp and was immediately bookmarking pages (for me to return to and implement). This book is fantastic for the start-up businesses that want to do as much marketing as possible for free - and will assist larger businesses with ideas that they can implement to enhance their existing marketing strategies. This book and the ideas in it are not static, there's an amazing Facebook network that supports the Feed a Starving crowd ideas; ensuring fresh and dynamic solutions.

I Buy Lots of Books; I Review Few. You Need This One.
I have purchased book from Mike Michalowicz (all 3 of them), Jason Surfrapp and Chris Ducker. 'Feed A Starving Crowd,' is on the tops of the many books I have purchased in the past few years. Stories, Insight, New ways at looking at problems. How to find what your competitor is doing wrong and How to start if you're broke (or no budget.) I loved see that some of the products Robert uses I also use in my business; He just uses the smarter and better (for the time being.) An extremely open, honest and personal account on how an overnight success took 15 years to make it big the right way. Highly recommended and just for the record; I bought this book twice so that I have it with me and on the shelf!

BUY THIS!! It's setting a new standard in marketing.
What a great read! Robert Coorey has really done a brilliant job at setting a new standard for Marketing with book. There's no complicated gimmicks, no shenanigans ... just "real deal" information. I loved that you can be someone just starting out with your first business and you can follow right along with those that have been in the marketing industry for years. So, I think you should DEFINITELY buy this book!

Fast read, complete with a great collection of case studies and strategies you can start implementing right away in your business. Loved the practical, no non-sense examples he provided and why they worked (or didn't). I also found the additional resources helpful and the Facebook Group has been a tremendous value.

The 'Starving crowd advantage' concept is so obvious when you know it but I wish I had know about it when I started in business many years ago! Robert Coorey's book is another resource that provides so much value to businesses of any size and industry. It is fairly Australia centred but the many useful case studies have worldwide application. I read the book right through but will now dip back into the bits that are immediately relevant to my situations. Initially it seemed that each strategy was covered at a fairly basic level but the book gives you access to additional resources on the Feedastarvingcrowd website. These extra free resources provide incredible value as they give you the results & formulas that have worked best in many campaigns. Any business that wants to stay in business had better be focused on getting new customers and looking after them. This book's many no-cost & low-cost marketing strategies will become my go-to resource.

I bought a copy of Feed A Starving Crowd after I heard Robert speak at a seminar recently, and am extremely impressed with the content. I pick up many books in the area of marketing, and usually flick through them for the quick take-aways, and not so much read them cover to cover. I find that many of them are very "airy fairy", and don't give real actionable steps. After reading this book, it's clear Robert Coorey really cares about the success of his readers and his clients. The way he deconstructs the marketing campaigns using different strategies and platforms is absolute gold! And not just one strategy. Over 200 strategies which I could action straight away, with the majority not even requiring a marketing budget. Even though he does mention the services he offers to his paying clients, I feel like I have everything I need to be able to action these marketing strategies myself. Robert not only breaks down the campaigns into easy to digest steps, but explains very clearly why he does it this way, and the results I could expect to achieve. If you are looking to find more hungry customers in your business, then get yourself a copy of this book and find out exactly how to do it. I can't recommend this book to business owners and entrepreneurs highly enough.
