This product was the only thing that worked for me after trying to use the bulb syringe and oil drops system. My ears were completely blocked by a thick layer of dark earwax, gross I know. My boyfriend had ordered another production that has the camera and a scoop to dig out the earwax but it wasn’t enough. I was able to see that my ear canal was completely impacted with earwax though so I tried this product. I did as the directions said and used some hydrogen peroxide after I used all of the product it came with since I had to flush both ears out several times. I don’t recommend going to that extent but my case was pretty severe. The catch tray is very convenient and the whole thing is very easy to use but make sure the water is very warm or you can get dizzy. I’m very glad I bought this and would buy again even though I still have mine. The picture was taken with the other product not this one but I’m just using it to show you how badly my ears were impacted with earwax.

We loved this, my daughter had a big blob of ear wax. We had tried everything to try and get it out, but nothing would work. I decided to get this and it worked right away. It easy to use and easy to clean!.

Mixed feelings if it works. Comes with a lot of extra tools I never used. I didn't see much results and uncomfortable to use.

My kiddo couldn't hear and had a popping sound when tugging their ear. The after hours medical line recommended immediate medical evaluation. It turns out their ears were blocked with wax (they have small ear canals).Since then, I purchased this product and regularly clean their ears. We now have no issues with hearing or popping. It's awesome to see the wax flow out! It's easy to use, comfortable, and quite simple to clean. I love that there are lots of tips to use. The instructions couldn't be clearer. Also, take them seriously when it comes to water temperature!

Works good, not as quickly as it would clean out stubborn wax or whatever is stuck, if you get it done at the doctor. However if you take your time, follow directions and use ear wax relief for at least 10 mins before flushing your ears, maybe 5 times per day, and use the small metal tips they include to scrap, wiggle and pull out very small of wax, eventually it’ll soften up and large chunks will fall out, leaving you pain free with clean clear ears! Took a lil over 24 hrs.
