I have a torn meniscus and I bought both the 870 and 875 in hopes of getting to a place where I can start jogging again. So far neither has got me there, but I do feel supported when I wear either walking or working out. Comfort wise for walking around they feel about the same. For squatting I prefer the 875, but for activities like yoga I won't wear either one as they both feel like they limit my mobility.My overall knee pain may be lessening, but only time will tell if I can get back to a place where I can run again.

I have had problems with one knee for years. I have done everything possible to avoid surgery which included knee braces. I have tried many. All have given a degree of relief. Problems: Some have folded up behind my knee causing enough irritation and chafing so the improvement wasn't worth it. The last one I used was open behind my knee, but did not go far enough above and below my knee to give the support I needed, and had very little compression on my knee where it was most needed.I have had this knee brace for just over two weeks and worn it all day every day. I have NEVER been able to wear any knee brace all day. That, to me, is a BIG deal. First, it is comfortable. It fits perfectly. It has soft material behind my knee that does not chafe. The compression is total and firm around my knee, and the adjustable straps make the fit perfect. No worry about reduced circulation. I actually forget I'm wearing it. Honest!!!I still have pain in my knee, but only about 10% of what it was before. The biggest thing is that I can now go up and down stairs without going one stair at a time with none of the shooting pains I had before. All of the intense pain is gone. I can not believe it!If you have tried other knee braces that just didn't get the job done, or cause problems that were not there before (chafing), you owe it to yourself to try one of these. The brace is very solid and well made. I have no doubt that it will last a long time.

I bought this knee stabilizer for my 15 year old daughter. I read all the reviews and bought an XX-large and it fit perfectly. It really is a great knee cap stabilizer. It is not loose on my daughters leg and fits her just right. It does fit snug though (which is exactly what I wanted). Just know that the first time you put it on it might be tight. Once you start to wear it often, like my daughter does, it starts to mold to your leg and loosen a bit. She says it fits a lot better now after wearing it for 2 weeks. It helps support her knee cap well and works well when she is working out with her physical trainer. It is a little tight, but that is exactly what I needed for her knee cap.Update: (3-7-15)---Awesome product!My daughter has had this product for 2 months now. Even after 2 months the knee brace still fits her snug and it is perfect for her. Usually, and with all of the other knee braces we have gotten her, all the other ones would stretch and become bigger. This is very dangerous for someone who dislocates her knee caps in an instant. This shock doctor, after 2 months of wearing, is still snug on her knee. I love this product!!!! In fact, I have told her ortho doctor about it and he is now going to recommend this knee brace to his patients. I am actually ordering another one for her left knee. My daughter has used almost every knee brace out there and this one has really proven to be the "good one".The problem---the problem with this knee brace is that you have to be careful when you are taking off and putting on the knee brace because the straps take a little while to figure out. At first, it would take my daughter between 5 and 10 minutes to figure out how the straps go when she would put her knee brace back on. Just know that, at first, it will take you a little while to figure out the straps. Once you have this problem figured out then you are good to go. The other thing is that this knee brace does run small. If you think you are an XL you better order the XX-L. It will loosen the more you wear it, but this knee brace does run small. I had to order my daughter the XX-L. She is 15 and 5'7 in height. She was a swimmer so her thighs and legs have a lot of muscle.I have attached a photo for those of you who are having issues with the size.

I had a brace but it was very uncomfortable after an hour or so. So I bought this one based on reviews. It is very comfortable and provides great support overall.I tore my meniscus playing basketball and this have me enough support to continue playing. It’s an overall comfortable brace that provided great support.Only negative is it’s pretty big brace, but it is extremely comfortable and supportive.

I bought this for a soccer player, and it provides extra support without using metal bars that many referees frown upon. It takes a lot of abuse during games and holds up well. I have purchased two and will buy another when the second one wears out.

The size of item incorrect. No exchange or return policy. Upon receipt unsuccessful tried on brace although leg size was within stated measurements. Later upon weight loss again attempted to put on but was unable to take off lower leg. Had to cut brace off. See photos. Unable to use brace at all. Wasted cost of brace. Do not buy!!!!! Customer service of manufacture insufficient or non-existent.

Over all this brace is more comfortable than some I’ve tried. Doesn’t bunch and pinch behind the knee like most do.However, the brace has a silicone tag on the inside with the brand, size and other info. This tag that’s molded to the inside, no way to remove besides cutting the brace out where this tag is, causes serious blisters on my skin above my knee. Blisters have shown up from the day I first used it. This definitely should be fixed.
