ASICS Women's Gel-Lyte33-3 Running Shoe

Very light, lighter than brooks puregrit 2 which I have been running in and i'm happy with brooks performance and 400 miles indoor life. Lyte 33-3 fit very well at medium width and hold my heel perfectly right out of the box. Brooks puregrit 2 needed few miles to get accustomed to my feet and those miles were painful to get into the shoe. I still haven't taken this new gel lyte 33-3 pair on ride but l have a hunch it will be a good one.My pair came with exchange guarantee- use for up to 90days, exchange if you don't love them. Great shoes, great value. Fit comfortable, and look fashionable too. But, most importantly, these are super light. It's like running on air. Great for long distances, where every additional ounce equals more fatigue! Also, the tread is well made- perfect for the gym or outdoors. Compare well to shoes that sell for double the price. These are mostly cloth though, so be weary of mud or wet conditions.

Love the feel of these shoes. They are very light but have more cushion than I expected. I am getting back into running after having a baby, and I have previously ran in Asics 2100 series (I am an underpronator with average arches). These have much less material in the heel; I think they make me run more correctly. Laterally, there isn't much support, so I wouldn't take these on rough terrain. Other posters noted their gel lytes started wearing quickly. Mine haven't shown much wear yet. I would recommend this shoe as something to alternate with another shoe for injury prevention, but I don't know if I would run in them everyday (at least not on the pavement, maybe a rubber track or treadmill).

Love these shoes! Got them today, and I can't take them off! I did order a half size larger, as these are my third pair of Asics and they tend to run about a half size small. The gel padding is a bit thinner than I was expecting for a shoe with "Gel" in the name, but they have perfect support and hopefully what padding is there will be enough when I get out on the pavement with them. I have pretty average foot width, but there is a little space on the sides, and I can imagine getting a half size larger than you normally get would help someone with wider feet. The colors are not too bright, but I can tell they will help when running at night. Ordered them late Monday and arrived on Wednesday. I highly recommend these shoes!

I love these shoes, I love the color, fit, feel. They are so light weight. They were perfect for my high arch. I would buy them again...except, the outer part of the shoe has gotten a some small tears. I run, but not excessively. Maybe 3 miles 3 x a week. I have never in 20 years of wearing Asics had a problem with the shoe falling apart on the outside. I was surprised after only 5 months that the shoe had tears in it. I will definitely buy Asics again, just maybe not this model.

Not what I expected from Asics. While these shoes are very comfortable and fit well, they are not durable. I might understand if I was being very hard on my shoes, but I am not. The mesh upper has torn, ripped and has holes, all from normal use. When you buy a good brand and pay good money for a quality shoe, this should not happen. Very disappointed.

After having two kids and taking a rather long hiatus from running, I bought these shoes to run my first 5K in four years. My feet are small but rather wide, and these shoes fit perfectly. They've been great throughout training and my race. I'm now training for a 10K, and they feel like they did the first time I ran in them. They are comfortable, lightweight, and support my high arches. Great shoes!

These shoes are awesome! They are a bit smaller than expected, but I wear them without socks, so I don't notice it too much. They are very lightweight and form-fitting, which it why I don't wear socks with them.They are beautiful and bright and always catch attention! These will be my 2nd marathon shoes, so I need something durable that won't weigh me down. I love them!

I'm a huge fan of asics. I wear a 9 in shoes but I always go up a half size in my asics. They are light and super comfortable
