Happy to have found these. I don’t seem to absorb either type of Vitamin D very well, so maybe the two together will keep my numbers up. Would be better if supplement included Vitamin K for better absorption.

I originally started buying Swanson brands because of their better prices and the reputation. . I have was extremely surprised I was extremely surprised . w much the price of these went up for the same amount I've been buying. I don't know if I am going to continue using them because of the price .

I was having lower back pain, I am only 34. I thought for sure it was an injury, but thought I’d at least try taking this, this was months after I had already taken d from my dr for three months and assumed I was fine, the back pain came after the 3 months. I tried taking one a day, and then one day thought I’d go ahead and try 2 a day. After just one week of 2 day the pain vanished after months of pain. So crazy😭 Thank you, after I knew for sure it was in fact a vitamin d deficit, I realized I also had other symptoms like pale skin, off and on shin pain, I bought a different brand that is 5000 but this one has been far more effective , idk why, but it works.—-update, now I’m 35. I tried switching to a 5000d3 with k2 and my back problem came back, switched back for 1 1/2 - 2 weeks of this one and bam felt so much better
