I'm not sure if it is the socks or the cream, but it works!! I was excited to use this, so I smeared some foot cream on my heels and slipped the socks on while I was drinking my coffee. About an hour later, I took a shower and scrubbed my feet with my PedEgg as usual. I put some more foot cream on and put the socks back on, pulled a normal pair of socks over the top, put my tennis shoes on, and was off for the day. About 4-hrs later, I looked at my super dry cracked heels and it was like a miracle! It was so normal looking! I used my PedEgg again that night and got SO MUCH dead callous off that it was disgusting! The cracks in my heels were puffed out and felt much better, but not completely gone. It even softened up the callouses on my fingertips and I easily scrubbed them away with a fingernail file. I have small feet and wear a size 6 or 6.5 in woman's shoes. These socks fit me pretty well. There is a bit of stretch to them, but I don't think they would fit my husbands size 11 foot. The gel part feels like I'm walking on a jellyfish. I wore them to bed and when I got up for a midnight-snack, I almost fell down because of the jelly part under my heel. I didn't have that problem when I was wearing them with my tennis shoes though. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have used O’Keeffe handcream for years with great results. It’s better than the prescription lotions my dermatologist prescribes. So I thought I would try the foot cream.

The headline here really says it all. These things fixed my painfully cracked heels, so they're worth using if you're in pain. That said, the hand washing is a chore, so I knocked off a star for that. I'm not honestly sure one could make these socks and not have them be hand wash only, so I don't know that it's even fair to knock off the star.

I bought this for my dragon feet husband. When I say dragon feet, I need you to understand what I mean by this.. His feet were so badly cracked that they bled anytime he walked, new socks would have holes in them after a months use- his feet would touch my legs in bed and it was like being assaulted with a chain saw. I would wake up checking myleg to make sure it was still attached! Get the idea now? So we bought this repair bundle and he has consistently used this product for 9 days now. He uses it after doing a little bit of filing of the dead skin after he showers and puts the silicon socks on for a few hours. He then uses the product at the end of the day before heading off to bed with the socks on. I am happy to report that his feet are starting to show real signs of softness. He know longer has giant cracks in his heels. They look like normal feet now. Ladies and gentlemen- we have gone from dragon feet to pretty princess feet thanks to these products! I highly recommend you buy this if you suffer from dry, cracked feet!

My foot doctor recommended using these.Excellent protection for those prone to dry heels.In my case I do not use them daily, but any time I notice the heels starting to dry out.Doctor said he uses the same for his own feet.I tend not to use the cream all of the time, but the cream in this package is also very good - non-oily.Like most folks the skin tends to dry more in Winter, but I have used these in Spring and Summer as well.The construction and material seems to be holding up.I have hand washed in lukewarm water and regular laundry soap.This product works as advertised for me and I would confidently recommend.

The best part of this product is the socks. The cream work about as well as any "healing" lotion for dry skin; about half the day there's relief. The socks really help to keep whatever you put on from drying up though, and I think that's what does the most good. Paired them with another product for cracked feet and it works wonders!
