Good Purchase
So far I am happy with this pillow cover. I have not had the opportunity to use it in action yet, as I am expecting in the next couple of weeks. It is super cute and fits the pillow well. It was just a little difficult for me to get the cover on, but I think it will be easier the more I do it/the more the pillow is used.I would rather have a pillow cover that fits well and takes 30 seconds longer than the average rectangular bed pillow cover to put on than one that does not fit well and is not as nice (I love the elephants and the cover seems pretty durable).I bought two and wouldn't mind getting a third in the near future.

My favorite no frills pillow
For a newborn tiny baby and a mom new to breastfeeding I would probably recommend the My BrestFriend pillow, it's just more structured and harder to screw up. However, after a while (a month?) I was looking for something easier to maneuver in. My hungry baby would scream and cry when I had to put him down to strap on the My BrestFriend. Now this is my preferred nursing pillow, especially for middle of the night feeding. I love the versatility of the angled design, and it's got a great firmness to it with just the right amount of give. It's also heavy enough that I feel secure with it on my lap, doesn't feel like baby is going to roll off. If baby is having trouble latching on its easy to give the pillow a little tug and help him.

I use this pillow ALL the time
This is a nice cover as it's well made, nice and soft for the baby to lie on with a couple possible improvements: 41.) It doesn't fit very well. The part where you put the actually pillow in doesn't close all the way once the pillow is inside. There's no zipper, velcro, buttons or any other type of closing mechanism. That means my neurotic self is constantly pulling on the cover to get it to fit right.2.) The cover is very difficult to get on the darn pillow! There's one small section/slit where you can put the pillow through, but it's like putting on jeans that are 3 sizes too small for your butt. LOL You have to pull and tuck and tug so much and it gets very frustrating. Particularly frustrating for a sleep deprived, impatient mamma.Otherwise, it's great. :)

THE BEST BF PILLOW
I have tried the Boppy Pillow with Slipcover, Lots O Dots and the My Brest Friend Pillow, Sunburst . I feel like an idiot for trying anything else. I bought the My Brest Friend Deluxe Pillow, Light Green after the Simplisse, because I thought the lumbar support would help my back. The pillow wasn't nearly as comfy for me OR the baby. My daughter falls asleep in the Gia and she is NOT a good sleeper. I love how it keeps her angled. It's easier to hold her (especially after she was 2 months old) ,and it works perfect for me. I just have to use a small pillow behind my back for lumbar support, but I still think this is the best pillow. I would love to buy another!

Poorly made
I bought the Beco and I'm very disappointed with the quality. As other reviewers said:- Opening does not have zipper or buttons ( it's a good thing) BUT the seam does not stay closed so we see the cushion. If the pillow wasn't asymmetric this wouldn't be a problem but as you need to turn it over when you nurse on one side and the other, you end up seeing the opening 1/2 time you use the pillow. They could have used a little more fabric to solve this problem.- The fabric is of poor quality. Not only the quilted elephants threads are pulling out but the fabric itself has threads that broke up and are pulling out. I've been gently using it for only 1 month and washed it once.So I'm probably going to end up asking a relative to sew me another pillow cover, with a better quality fabric and a tab a bit longer on the opening. I don't know if the other fabric options are better in quality but there is absolutely no way I spend another 20$ just to know!

Nice fabric, but gaps
Nice fabric, but my one complaint is that it's a smidge too small, meaning that once you've wedged the large pillow into it, it gaps openly and as a right-handed user, the gap is always on top and visible. Would have preferred a zipper along the seam or a bigger overlap of fabric to reduce the gap. If I weren't so tired from newborns, I'd probably just sew my own cover, but since that's not an option now I just deal with the gap and hope it doesn't get dirty. For the price, it really should fit better, though.

very useful and love the incline idea
Fantastic design- the incline allows my baby to feed from breast or formula on an incline which really helps since she has lots of wind and needs to be upright to avoid reflux.. I only wish it had a tab so I could lift it and fasten it across my tummy with one hand, while holding the baby in the other hand.. now it slips out sometimes..

Gia Nursing Pillow Cover
I love the Gia nursing pillow. This cover is beautiful with the quilted elephant pattern on it. Very cute. The pillow cases do take a tiny bit of effort to put on due to the shape of the pillow. But it's not anything that bothered me. I bought two covers to be able to always have a cover on the nursing pillow with the other is being washed.
