The two halves of the helmet are quite tricky to put together as it needs a quite a bit of force to get the fasteners on and clicked. But once it's together It's quite sturdy and stays together. My little boy loves the helmet.

Great price and comfortable but like the other reviews say was little difficult to assemble but not impossible just was scared of I pushed too hard it would snap.

I bought the Helmet for my grandsons 5th birthday and he just loves it. He wears it a lot and imagines he’s on the moon. It’s quite sturdy the helmet. I’m happy I bought it, and it’s worth the money.

The helmet is well designed and looks better than any of the other products on the market but, and it’s a big ‘BUT’, it is impossible to assemble without using special tools. The manufacturing moulds are obviously completely ‘Worn Out’ and need either maintenence or replacement. I had to use clippers to remove excess plastic and a mould line flash removing tool before I could get the two halves to fit together. Even after all that, it is still not a perfect fit.

Absolutely dreadful to put together , also helmet itself is a different colour to visor and two slightly different colours to each half doesnt match! not exactly orange more gold once together your OK but be prepared to wrestle it for 30mins and get pliers on it to actually get it together honestly wouldn't recommend it only not returning as need it for world book day and no time to get another , comfort pads all fell off also so I had to glue those back on. Really stiff to move visor younger children would struggle good size fits my 10 year old and myself only ok as far as I'm concerned 😟

A very happy grandchild received he was so happy it matched the outfit he already had.Good quality product visor works as it should easy to put together and secure when together a product you know isn't going to fall apart after a couple of uses. A defenate winner with any little space explorers.
