My son, daughter and I all compete officially at solving the cube. This is an excellent cube for competition. The adjustments allow for tuned performance. The cube never pops because it’s very sturdy. You can absolutely max out your solving speed with this cube. This cube is a great value.

I can solve it but I'm not a speed solver. It's more than fast enough for my skill level. Has a great feel to it. Adjustable with different magnets. Love it! It's been durable too with my kids and nieces and nephews mixing it up for me.

I am not an expert in the world of speed cubes and all that, but I can tell when there's a quality one.I know typical store-bought cubes have only a plastic interior. I really like that you can feel the resistance in the magnets on every turn, it gives you a little more control when turning.The colors were nice and it hasn't fallen apart with constant use.Overall, a solid 2x2 cube, I would recommend it.

I ordered this for my son who enjoys fidgeting with these speed cubes. I like that this one is different than the classic 3 x 3 arrangement, he also has 4 x 4 so I thought why not grab a 2 x 2. It works smoothly and provides a really nice tactile experience. It seems to be sturdy and well-made, it is holding up well. When rotating the parts, it spins with good speed, and it is easy to use. This is definitely giftable or makes a great stocking stuffer.
