My only true complaint are the keys, the letters are hard to see if you are not working under good bright light. Someone mentioned that the keys are loud. Granted they are not like my laptop at work that makes no sound, but they don't sound like a clumpy typewriter or cheap keyboard. I have never been able to quite figure out how to multitask an a laptop, but this one almost does it for you, and I absolutely love that. I also love that it connected to my phone with no hiccups whatsoever. I can be video chatting on my laptop, have a message come through on the phone and answer the message on the laptop and never skip a beat. I also enjoy that without being touchscreen, it has and can download apps without feeling like a laptop. This is a good fast computer for the price. I would recommend it highly to anyone that is not super high-tech ( not sure if it's a gaming laptop) and looking for a nice home laptop

Works great as expected for what I needed

My work laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro. Now, I like the "idea" if a Surface Pro but when it comes to doing actual work, it's useless (reading email, Office365, etc.). So I began looking for a good budget laptop that I can use for work and other personal things while I travel (don't get any ideas, I mean travel and stay with my folks for an extended period of time). This laptop works quite nicely. Everything works above average. I'm not sure about heavy editing with video, music, and like Photoshop, but for the basic purposes of getting work done reading email, using Office 365, and so on it works great. My desktop handles the heavy stuff (yes, actually I hate laptops). I like the size (15") - easy to carry around. Was a little hesitant about Windows 11 but it turns out pretty similar to 10 (hey - it took me a few years to evolve from DOS to Windows...). It's not touch screen, but that's okay b/c I'm not used to touch screen. It has a separate number pad - bit plus to me entering a lot of numbers. Enough USB ports, etc. and even a USB-C. I like it. It has an SSD which is GREAT. I replaced my desktop HDD with SDD and the time to boot went from about 4 minutes and 40 seconds to about 40 seconds...bit plus there! If you get a laptop, make double-sure it has SDD. Never mind about storage space b/c everything is in the cloud these days anyway. Happy with the purchase! Why didn't I give it a score of 5? I dunno, don't believe anything is the BEST or LEAST I suppose...

Bought for my 14 year old son. He loves it. The screen size is big enough to see comfortably. Functions as it should. Holds up well being used by a teenager! Very pleased with the design and this laptop in general.

My old HP laptop died (after12 years) - it was an i-5 that I used when working from home. So, after retiring and some research, I decided I didn’t need a lot of hard drive nor speed so I “settled” for this laptop. I was wrong. This new one with double the ram I had is faster and works very well for what I use it for. Most things I do are internet based (google docs/sheets rather than Word or Excel), etc so this is just right for me. Easy to get set up , Windows 11 is great just a bit different. I’m 76 and had no issues in getting it set up and running !!

Absolutely not worth buying. Stopped working after only 4 months of barely using it. Was opening the lap top only for 2-3 hours a day to get some spreadsheets in order so it was serving me as replacement for all the paperwork in my office. Nothing else. No water was even near it, no overheat… not even dust. It just won’t turn on completely dead. And I’m good with tech, this one has completely overwhelmed me. I’ve got in touch with the seller he said basically that’s not his problem and o should contact HP directly as I still have my 1 year warranty. HP said that the factory warranty has expired I’m not even sure what that suppose to mean since j bought only 4 months ago.. what is have to do of when it was manufactured ?! Seller offered 0 support on it, so I just thought to warn you guys that this is just not worth wasting your time on.

Okay laptop; however, 1 USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors) so I can't use my docking station for this laptop.

Pretty fast for the price. Works great for modded Stardew Valley. Looks really clean and is very light weight. Had it for a month and no issues can handle work and streaming easily as well just gotta turn off S mode. It doesn't have touch screen which I didnt want anyways so no big deal.

El teclado viene en inglés, los colores de la pantalla no son muy intensos, por lo demás esta muy bien

Esta Laptop la compre para mi hija que esta en la universidad hasta el momento de esta opinión no a tenido ningún problema. Lo que le gustó mucho es el rendimiento de la batería
