I decided to try medicated plasters several years after my acupuncturist (from China) provided me with them. The Zhitong Gao patches are waaaay harder to remove that other patches and have a much stronger scent. Your familiy will notice right away when you walk in the room you have the "stinky" patches on (though I like the menthol/camphor smell and to me they smell like I won't hurt as much in a few hours) . I've had some serious injuries working on farms my whole life and these are a lifesaver my whole family uses for the past 10 years. They are incredible for removing swelling overnight and also for deep pain within a joint. Arthritic fingers cut pieces to wrap around painful joints, If your foot is stomped on by a horse and swells horribly you can't walk, or you fall down the stairs and twist your ankle- put them on overnight and by morning you pain will be 50 to 80% less, in 2-3 days it will be virtually gone. I had a horse knock me down and step on my spine on my neck and lower back. I lost my sight and could only see in black and white with one eye for over an hour and had some serious injury to the vertabraes. After many years of acupuncture, deep therapy, mris and chiroproactic care Zhitgong Gao patches are the only thing that pulls the pain out of the arthritis deep in the parts of my spine that were injured. Have deep arthritis in a hip joint?The Zhitgong will pull it out. I was bitten by a dog down to the bone in 3 places on my hand. Of course I patched myself together (farm animal people don't have time to go to the Dr) , pushed the punctured pieces back into their respective holes, and put Zhitgong patches on over a small bandaid so when I took it off it wouldn't pull the punctured skin back out and expose the bones again. The nerve pain was unbelievable for the first 2 days but the swelling was pulled out each night. By day 3 and 4 I could bend my fingers and a week my hand was usable again. It is fully healed with no damage other than small scars where the teeth went into my fingers and hand. Other patches never would have done that. They'd cover the hole and that's about it. They don't "pull" deeply. I guess if you've never used truly good patches these would do. Also realize the Zhitgongs are very difficult to remove, extremely sticky and hurt to pull off. So if you want real relief use the Zhitgong Gaos and also Arbonne Herbal Massage Cream is another warming then cooling cream that helps arthritis. along with Deep Blue essential oil (I get Revives version of it since it's half the price) to rub in. . Best way I've found to use them Take a shower- dry thoroughly, stick this wear it hurts and lie down. - arthritis, thumbs mashed by a hammer, pulled muscles, horse stomped on foot, dog bitten hand, scar tissue etc. Can you tell we work on a farm!? The next morning 50 to 100% of swelling and pain will be gone. You can leave it on all day and take off before your night shower and put a new one on. They seriously work for broken bones (though if out of place go to a dr!) to dog bites to bruises from falling down steps- within 2 days almost all the purple bruising will be gone and swelling virtually gone. I keep a few packs of these in my car to give to friends if they are hurt and everyone becomes a convert.

It given relief in any area in your body. It is always a go-to after exercise or working in the garden.
