Got my kids off their tablets!
Got my kids off their tablets without a fight!! Great to play catch. It has colorful lights for nighttime playing. It needs frequent charging, but I would expect that for the price.

Perfect Toy for Kids – Safe, Fun, and Durable!
My grandsons love throwing and catching this glowing ball, especially when it lights up the yard after dark. It’s safe for little fingers- no worries about them getting into the blades- and it’s just as fun indoors as outside. Despite lots of rough play, it hasn’t broken and, since it’s made of plastic, it doesn’t damage the house or hurt the kids. Highly recommended for hours of safe, active fun!

Fun but loud
This is fun to play with. It is rather noisy when it is on and there is a little bit of a learning curve to figure out how to throw it but my son and I have had a great time playing with this. The battery doesn’t last long so we usually only get about 20-30 minutes before it dies. The lights allow us to play outside in the yard after the sun goes down. For reference my son just turned 8, he figured it out in less than a day. It may be a little frustrating for younger kids so I would say it is best for ages 6+While we were learning how to use it, it crashed into the wall, ceiling or floor numerous times without getting damaged. The ball is slightly flexible so if you squeeze it it flexes under your fingers. The propeller inside is loud but it is powerful, it creates breeze strong enough that my son will use it to cool his face down

Fun
Fun toy, my nieces loved them. They do fly a little crazy though, so my sister was not thrilled when they flew into walls, furniture, etc..

Really?
I hesitated to buy this for my 10-year-old grandson, but I read over the views extensively and this company seemed to have "Okay" reviews, and there are a million sellers. It comes in a nice impressive box, but it drops off quickly from that point. I was shocked at the size compared to the proportions in the images. This spinning ball is more like the size of a baseball...not a softball...baseball. We decided to test it out. It's not metal as it appears. It's a lightweight plastic, which is not a problem other than it's a little bendable when trying to charge it. To charge it, there is a very short cord to plug into a USB port, but plugging it into the ball is very difficult. The plug is inside the ball and is very hard to keep in one place while attempting to connect it. Five minutes later, it was plugged in and charged fairly quickly. To turn it on, you need a ballpoint pen or a tiny screwdriver to flip the switch. Once we did that we were ready to go. After all this hassle, we followed the instructions and let go. In a matter of two seconds, it hit a wall, dropped to the floor, and was as dead as a doornail! Wow! There is no way a six-year-old can play with this...other than to watch someone else play with it...that is if it works long enough. The only thing I can compare this to is one of those cheap drones that worked just about as long.I'm so disappointed and I'm glad we tried it out first!

Easy to break
Fun toy. Doesn't last long. Easy to break with normal use. It was a novelty present. I wouldn't buy anther one.

New On/Off mechanism
We had purchased an earlier version that had a remote on/off switch. At first I was disappointed that this one did not include the remote until I discovered the new one is controlled (on or off) with a flick of the wrist. The remote didn’t always work and so far this one works just fine. Our grandkids love this toy.

How to get a 10yr old to happily go play!!
This was a present for a 10 yr old who only wants to play on his tablet. The joy that this has brought him and his parents is amazing!!This is well built, very easy to use. Even though it looks fragile, it's stronger than it seems. It has survived several 30ft drops of the deck.It has a fast charge time, 8 minutes! Long enough for a kid to do a fast chore, etc...After all the exercise, up and down deck steps. They were tired!!!For a home schooled kid, this throws open the door to learning!!!Great buy!!!!
