Great Christmas Gift
Gave this to my 19 yr old son for Christmas. He spent all day Dec 25 and 26th putting it together. He loves it. There are a lot of pieces and you have to be super-patient and love attention to detail.

Beautiful, intriguing kit, but a couple of pieces are not as snug as they should be
I got this for my 13-year old and she loves it. Overall, she has managed to put almost all of it together by herself with no snapped pieces, but she is very careful. The kit does apparently come with extras -- just in case -- and it looks beautiful. Truly a conversation piece for any friends that come over. The only issue she ran into is that the pieces that connect the handlebar to the bike are very loose. Rather than use glue, I put some putty on them to make them fit more snugly, and that did the trick. I'd definitely buy another one for her.

Gift
Bought for my 17yo nephew and he loved it. He said it reminded him of Legos, but more attention to detail. I don't know if I would buy this for someone younger as he was frustrated with how fragile some of the pieces were.

It's really hard to put together
The instructions are hard to follow, and the pieces don't fit together to well. Be extra careful with pieces that bend, they will snap in half with very little pressure. I had the thing almost done and pieces just started falling off.
