Lovely set, sturdy yet light. Size is between dinner plates and dessert plates. It could be stained if you leave the staining food on it for longer than 30 mins, so soak it or wash it quick.

I personally don't like heavy plates, always worry that they'll get chipped or cracked when hand washing. No worries with these, food is less likely to slip off too, for me these are just right.

I bought these for the home just to jazz up my cupboards. They're a good size, sturdy and have curved edges, so nothing can slide off (in the hands of small children). I would buy more but in different colours, they're ideal for camping too.
