IRIS lidded Home Storage bin, Black, 40 Qt. -6 Pack

Nice bins! Perfect size for my needs. Item was double boxed and arrived without damage despite a dent on the side of the box. Good looks, clips hold the lids tight and feel strong!

I bought these 6 pack and have not use it until now. I have a moving and start to pack my belongings, so I open these stackable storage bins still in the box delivered by amazon. I was expecting good sturdy bins and what do you know. They were cheap soft and broken latches and cracks so easily. The lids would not hold due to its broken state. I had 3 of them working but the rest of the 3 bins are needing of a sturdy tape to help out close the lids while its full. Stacking them might break , so I have to stack them on top of the card boxes which are more convinient to hold out heavy clothes and items. These are not advisable to buy for packing or stackin them on top of the other. They break!!

They work

Nothing special about them. Nothing wrong with them either except one came with a broken handle. Not the thickest of plastic either.

For the price, these are great. They have a pretty fair amount of room inside; they are stackable and work well. The disadvantage is that the plastic is thin, so it cracks easily, especially under the handles and corners. If you are super careful and don't bump them on anything, they hold up. The handles snap pretty easily.
