Its not good and no effect at all.

I have very vivid dreams, which are often scary. These wake me in the middle of the night and then I struggle to fall back asleep. My Homeopathic Dr. recommended these.I honestly didn’t think they would work, but they did!! I take them in the evening before bed and I sleep well with happy dreams. Maybe they have a placebo effect but either way they are worth it to me.My teens have started to feel emotionally overwhelmed as we move often for my husband’s job. They mourn they friendships and struggle to sleep. They have also started taking these in the evenings and I have noticed a difference in how they sleep and are managing their emotions.They are super tiny little pills that you put under your tongue. They are sweet and do not leave a bad taste.I will continue to use these as needed, they are a great to have on hand during big life changes.

Use this as a constitutional remedy, so really appreciate having the 3 tubes handy. Great Boiron product!

Take it twice a day. After a few weeks I could feel a difference. Less stressed and feeling more positive.

Have not used this too much. did not see much difference
