We purchased with carseat for use in Gwammy and Papas car. We both have Britax in our cars and have always used high end car seats but I did not want to spend $300 or more on a seat for the in-laws that was going to be used like once a week IF THAT but we also did not want to sacrifice safety.This seat DOES look flimsy, it is super lightweight. Its basically a plastic shell with a cover over it. It does not have all the extra side impact protection that britax does. In fact, I dont think this one has any side impact protection at all. However, I still give it a 4 star rating. That being said, I would NOT use this next to a door unless your car has major side impact airbags. We use this in the CENTER in the back in the middle of an SUV and it gives me the impression my child is safe.It does have latch connectors to use with the latch system, however, if your child is at 40 lbs or close, you better use a seat belt to install. I am so used to the britax clicktight models which make installation a SNAP by taking out the slack of a seat belt automatically, I was worried this seat would be impossible to get in tight. However, its really easy. I almost couldnt believe it. You put the seat in, and the belt goes right through the back. Sit on the seat a little to take out slack. Pull belt tight. Attach rear tether. Seat is tight. We even use these with center seat belts that do not have the self lock mechanism but are always "locked". It gets really tight.Its a great seat for a spare. My daughter loves the color. I would not recommend it as a full time seat but she never complains thats its not comfortable I just personally dont feel its AS safe as the britax just because of its size... although rest assured it does meet minimum safety standards. Id personally just use it in the middle seat.

I've had the carseat for few days now and I'd say it's a good seat. My toddler waa happy with it cause the bright pink color. Its light weight and easy to move around and install. It has the top and 2 bottom anchors to install it which is a really nice safety feature for a transition carseat. I haven't yet used it as a booster seat so I can't review that aspect but it seems like it will be perfectly fine. The back doesn't come off tho. I would reccomend this seat to anyone looking for a simple transitioning carseat for their toddler since it's safe and fair priced.

I use this for the occasional times I need to drive my god daughter around. The seat is easy to clean and install and comes in at a great price point. I will say that if she were going to be using it everyday I’d probably buy something a bit more upgraded. All car seats must pass the same safety tests so I know she safe in this but it seems lacking in the padding department. For comfort alone I would choose something plusher. She does love the pink!

Bought this car seat for when the grandkids come to visit. Didn't want to spend a lot for just occasional use, but safety was priority. After much research, I found this seat to suit our needs. It was a little confusing trying to figure out how to secure it, but was able to find enough video how-to's to finally get it installed properly in our vehicle. The color is fun for the girls, it's washable and best of all, affordably priced for grandparents on a budget!

I've had this carseat for 2 years. I have a 4 year old who is almost 4 ft tall and 40 lbs. This seat works great and comes in handy when having to install or remove from one car to the other. Very durable in the fact that I have had it so long and still looks brand new. The cover is easy to take off and wash. Easy to get back on.

My grand daughter loves this. Perfect condition, sturdy. Easy getting in and out of truck. I was having issues with other car seat that had high sides with getting in and out of truck. This one is perfect! Good quality great price! Fast shipping

They are perfect for the price. Very light easy to carry and install. I gave 4 for safety because they don't seem to have a lot of cushion like the ones I have but for the price they a perfect pair for travelling or having around for grandma to use this way we dont have to remove the ones we have in our cars.
