Good quality high dose B12

These mini lozenges taste pleasant and dissolve pretty quickly under the tongue. I had weight loss surgery 16 years ago, and recently learned that one of the side effects of this surgery was that it caused me to be unable to digest Vitamin B12 through eating. (There's lots of info about this online.) I learned I had a problem with being deficient through blood tests after I started having tingling and numbness in my hands and feet (I am not diabetic); to make a long story short, it was recommended I try taking sublingual Vitamin B12 to see if this would resolve the problem. And yes, the tingling and numbness are gone. It did not go away overnight; it took a few months to completely resolve. (I would have had to have the B12 injections if this didn't work.) I did not have any other treatment. I did try other brands of B12 lozenges, but these are the ones that made my tingling and numbness go away. I'm guessing it is because of the 3 different forms of vitamin B12 in this product. If you have had weight loss surgery, be sure to get follow up tests to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need.

DOWN 15 pounds. I am 51 year old woman and started struggling to lose weight. I recently discovered I have the MTHFR gene, which means I don’t process b-vitamins correctly. I started taking this supplement (this supplement specifically) on the advice from my doctor. In two weeks, without changing my diet or increasing exercise routine, I lost 15 pounds. It’s now been 4 months and I haven’t gained any of the weight back, in fact, I’ve even managed to lose a few more pounds even through the holiday season. If you have the MTHFR mutation buy this supplement immediately. I wanted to post this review, because there are no research studies that confirm that the MTHFR a gene inhibits weight loss, but there are studies that say it can slow your metabolism, and metabolic energy usage. I wanted this to a testament, that using this supplement does in fact work.

Helpful product!

My nutritionist has me take this every morning for B12 help. Not sure it helps, would have to have blood work done to find out. My nutritionist recommended I take it. I trust her knowledge, so I take it.

Great supplement and great quality

This tastes good and works well. I am a big guy, being 6’1 and over 200lbs, so I normally take two each day along with my multi vitamin. My body has a hard time processing folate as I found out from a genetics test, so this supplement does me good.
