I cut these in half and use them on my knees for my inflamed torn meniscus. They were great, while being not too hot or smelly.

It is really helping me. My physical therapist introduced it to me. I have been using it since had back surgery this year. When i apply it it gives a nice cooling but not overbearing sensation and relief. Usually cut it in two and apply it on both sides of my lower back or sometimes other parts of my back. Even when i take it off it keeps working. Absolutely love it.UPDATE: i keep using them but not all the time. When my lower back "acts" up It's a heaven sent and using it creates instant relief. To me it's worth every penny instead of putting other garbage in my body for pain relief.
