Pretty, but not so easy to use
Lid to carrying case needs to be a bit tighter. Chopsticks are very slick, harder to hold onto and pick things up. I used a bit of rough sandpaper which improved this.

Lacquer?? Try PLASTIC Chopsticks. Lacquer implies a painted finish which is NOT the case.
I gave 1 star rating because that's the lowest you can go. If I could rate it lower, I would have. BUYER BEWARE! THESE ARE PLASTIC CHOPSTICKS. Very slick and difficult to maneuver, even for a well seasoned and experienced user such as myself. I do NOT recommend them in any way. There are far better chopsticks out there both cheaper and more expensive. These are useful for nothing more than display.
