Can i use this everyday on stubble?

This is a hard question to answer, as everyone’s “everyday stubble” is different. My hair grows very fast, if I was to shave in the morning and want to go out that night I would need to run over again. Whereas I know people have similar growth in a week. If you mean does it catch very short hairs, then yes I actually find the beard trimmer of all things is good for small hairs if you don’t want to shave say your whole leg. The main shaver will also suffice but I find sometimes missed a few of the very small fine hairs

Is the charging light supposed to change as I've been charging it for hrs and it's still red?

My light has never changed or gone off, and I was under the same impression as you. So I just leave it to charge for 6 hours, as the instructions says it should take 6 hours to fully charge.
