Very challenging; for experienced only. But GREAT accessory tools!
As noted, this is VERY challenging, especially as a MICRO set, which is much smaller than the Mini size. This is the first set we have received that has a specialized tweezer & prying tool. Those 2 rate 10 stars**********!!! I was really amazed at what a difference they make in improving the ability to put this thing together, especially the very smallest pieces. I'd guess they cut the assembly time at least in half! They tweezers are a well-designed stainless steel that you close onto a piece & hold it while you place the piece, then release it & taa-daa! It's in place!....instead of fumbling & fussing with relative "sausage size" fingers trying to manipulate tiny pieces that are only 1/8" diameter! They are practically 'worth their weight in gold'!The little prying lever works great also in removing a piece! This pieces in this set adhere together particularly well, so it is very sturdy...and thus hard to get pieces apart when the need arises. This lever works wonders with that also.I would also highly recommend a free-standing magnifying LED lamp: that makes a world of difference also!I really like this particular brand; we have another set from them also. Very high quality! The instructions are well laid out with good details for 'special' pieces that need further instruction for putting together. They are not written, but this type of project would be impossible to write out what needs to be done. That would be mind boggling to even attempt to write out, let along so someone could figure it out!The only thing that would be an improvement, for me anyway with 'older' eyes, would be for the lines between pieces in the diagrams to be a little darker. For me it's hard to distinguish where one piece leaves off & another begins, especially when dealing with several L-shaped pieces that are intertwined together.Or when I have a long row of one color & it takes several long bricks, but of different lengths, it's hard to see the individual lengths.I highly recommend this solid, but challenging set....if you have the patience & determination to follow thru with it! My son & I work on it taking turns, with each one doing 1-3 pages on instructions. So just relax & enjoy & don't rush! Stop or take a break when your eyes get tired!

Well designed model
This model is well organized. An index cross references each piece type to the number of the bag containing it. A well made pair of tweezers is included that is grooved to grip the smallest pieces firmly. The instructions are clear, complete and accurate, and there were no missing pieces. In all, an excellent model.

Well designed kit
I purchased this kit as a means to pass some time while cooped up in quarantine, and it met my needs perfectly. I grew up in the 1950s with a variety of wood and metal construction sets--and this reminded me of those days. Putting things together was mildly challenging--just enough to make the time pass, but not enough to be frustrating. The only skill required is "reading" the illustrated instructions, which are entirely pictorial. I found the illustrations complete and accurate, although it takes some experimentation and (for me) a magnifying glass to make sure what I was doing matched the illustrations. If you require written step-by-step directions, you may be disappointed. The pieces and parts resemble the larger and very popular plastic construction sets, although they are FAR smaller. And there are a lot of them--around 4000 in this kit. I happened to have a very nice pair of tweezers to use, and these were indispensable given my fat fingers. The pieces come packed in plastic envelopes: different colors, sizes, and shapes packed together into a dozen or so packages. I'm sure this was not random, but I couldn't figure out the rationale. So I spent an hour or so right off the bat re-sorting these by color and shape and placing them into re-sealable plastic bags. I found very few defective pieces, no more than three or four, and none missing. Extra pieces are provided, which is a good thing since they are so small and easily lost. I probably have enough pieces left over--including those dropped into the carpet and now in the bag of my vacuum cleaner--to make a nice set of Tiny Houses. I used not only the re-sealable bags mentioned above but also a few plastic yogurt cups and a small tray or two to keep the pieces sorted and at hand. One advantage of the small scale of this project is that you need only a small working space to complete it--a traditional card table would provide more space than you need. The kit is cleverly designed, the quality is uniformly high, and the result may look good behind me during Zoom meetings. I spend an hour or two each day for about a week to complete it. The finished piece resembles the actual building--but only that. This should not be considered an accurate architectural model. Altogether, a very nice product.

Ultimate focus and determination
My 13 year old nephew who is hyper active and always has to be moving or doing something (probably has ADHD) was glued to his seat for 2.5 months completing this project. Initially we thought this would take him 6 months to 1 year to finish but he had the ultimate focus and determination to finish it sooner. The pieces were so tiny that he had no choice but to use the tweezers that come in the set. And when he wasn't using the tweezers his fingers would bleed. So this set is not for ordinary kids or teenagers. Its for those who are hyper focused and extremely patient. The end result is beautiful. Worth the money!! (I gave it a 4 star review due to the bloody fingers part.)

Pleasantly surprised!
As a Lego addict I was a little apprehensive buying this set, but figured what the heck I'll try it. As we all know Lego is very expensive so I thought I would look for alternatives. This set is a little intimidating to start with but once I got started it was very easy to follow the plans and build this model. These blocks are very high quality and fit together well. The plans are very easy to follow. A couple things to note; get a craft carrier with divided sections so you can place and number each bag. They aren't numbered like Lego but they do show which bag to find parts and learn to use their tool that they included, it makes placement much easier. Overall a very nice model that was fun to build. I will be buying more from this company.
