These peppers changed everything. When you get it in drain the oil into a bottle to cook with!!!! I Cook everything in the oil from these then refill peppers to soak in vinegar. We like the ones that come in vinegar better for the actual pepper taste and texture. But can’t beat the 2 for 1 special of getting a free bottle of cooking oil!

Must be refrigerated after opening!
Great fermented flavor, pretty spicy (obviously not when compared to serranos or habaneros).Expect to find the odd pepper that should have been discarded from the batch, including stray leaves and blades of grass. I’m fine with that but be aware…These absolutely need to be refrigerated after opening as they will grow mold surprisingly quickly (less than 10 days). Yes, I used a sterilized fork to dish out the peppers. No, this wasn’t benign yeast.The problem is that the lid does not click back into place, once opened, it just sits on top of the container as a dust/insect cover. I assume this is for ease of access in a high use environment. If you’re at home, you’re going to have to dedicate space for this open tub of peppers…

The lid doesn't sit well on the bucket, so it would probably be a good idea to transfer them to a resealable container.

Not as good as other brands
These were meh. Bland. Not fruity or peppery. Not really much heat either. Maybe I am partial to tuttocalabria brand. A few are Kinda mushy too.

Lid is useless
The peppers are good quality; but for such a large container, the lid should connect better with the container. I knew it would be dangerous to take them in and out of the fridge everyday, and sure enough I dropped and 1/2 spilled on the floor. I am going to save the next large jars of whatever I get to put transfer the peppers into the jars if I order these again
