Too hard to cut

It was fine, but my sheets weren't full sheets when they arrived
I received 8 large sheets and 5-6 randomly sized small sheets. There was also some yellowing on one of the sheets. And we had a stencil in there that was pre-cut, which is fine. It just looked used and repackaged.
