I came on to update my review. I’m very impressed with this seller. After my review they contacted me immediately and resolved the issue. Honestly they went above and beyond. They wouldn’t know if each ball worked so they really didn’t have to make this right but they did. I will definitely be back to purchase again. Great seller. These don’t last long but I enjoy them. However they are to expensive to only have 3 out of 4 work!

Starting our third season!!
I bought these two years ago - and just brought them out for their third pool season and they’re still going strong!!! The kids love them.

Updated review. The Best customer service.
My product just arrived. I didn't have the chance to test it in water yet. One of the balls came dead. Apparently no battery.. I hope they send me a replacement as soon as possible. See attached video. I will rate this again in a couple of weeks of use. After my review, Susan from LanPool Direct contacted me. They send me two new balls, I only asked for one replacement. We are extremely happy, my family enjoyed playing with the light balls in the hot tub. I will continue purchasing from this vendor. The product and customer service is excellent.

Good purchase
great purchase, although they only stay on at night for hours the colors are vibrant and pretty to watch.

After 3 Months BROKE
These were good the first few months. But now one doesn’t turn on and there is no place to replace batteries. It says it has an auto shut off. Frustrated to spend $15 and one to not work completely and the other one only changes to red, it doesn’t go through all the colors anymore. Not a good buy at all!

These are cute n all, and they loook nice but it’s non rechargeable and you can’t change out the batteries

Perfect glow for the tub
Purchased these for our new inflatable hot tub. We wanted something simple that can just float and give a little ambient light and these work perfect. Amazing customer service and really nice quality.

Did not work - SENDER RESOLVED ISSUE
These did not work right out of the box, I guess it's true you get what you pay for . . . cost so little didn't even return, not worth the trouble The seller work diligently to resolve my issue with these pool lights and ended up replacing them and they work perfectly!!! I would not hesitate recommending this item or this seller .... excellent customer service!!!

Beautiful lights and great atmosphere
These floating light balls are fantastic. The colors are bright and vibrant and create a really nice atmosphere in the pool or hot tub. They float well and the waterproof design works perfectly. Easy to use and they add a fun, relaxing vibe at night. Great quality and a great addition for outdoor evenings. Very happy with this purchase.
