That’s saying a lot, I hate junk.The sockets go on/off easy and stay in place.Handles automotive lug nuts with ease..The throttle allows for accurate control of the power for smaller fasteners. The lights are useful, well placed.Hats off to the design team, this is a great, compact,useful 3/8’s impact for medium sized applications.

Spot on awesome!
Perfect! Just what I needed to remove and reinstall the mower blades on my riding mower! Just wish I had had one of these in the past for other jobs. I'm already looking at other jobs for this! Perfect size for tight spots and enough power to get the job done! Yeah, wish I had bought one years ago!

Great little impact. I am a home mechanic and wondering why I didn’t buy sooner. Good power and quality. I run with a 4 mha battery. Works great.

Light but powerful
Having been an automotive professional for 40 years, I have my own air tools and compressor. This 3/8 battery impact is impressive in its light weight and had no issue at all removing lug nuts that were torqued to 80 ft lbs. This is very handy and gives great portability.

Torque value is much less than what they say but great and lasting tool
I have had this for years. Still works great. Batteries last surprisingly long considering the power it has. But the torque is not even close to what they advertise. From my measure, it only goes up to 110fb/lb maximum. Maybe 120. No more than that. Most of lug nuts rated at 90ft/lb. So using this to the max will get you the right torque on most of lug nuts. Break away torque is higher than that but still not even close to what they claim.

Great tool
Great tool, i install large garage doors, rolling steel doors, and dock equipment, this impact has been dropped from 15ft up an abused but still running strong, only complaint is the snap ring
