SNARKRechargeable Clip-On Tuner (SN-RE)

I have only been playing since February and this is my third or fourth tuner... this one has been the best yet and the only one that stayed actually working... accurately and it is easy to use and I only use it a couple times a week.... but I have had it a couple months and only charged it once and it it still shows a full charge. I love that it is rechargeable, easy to use, easy to read and a nice overall design.

Easy to tune guitar, even for non pros such as myself

I lost my old standard Snark tuner somewhere. I loved that thing. It was very snappy with its response, and the colors were nice. This rechargeable one feels like a decent replacement, but a bit compromised. Perhaps I'm misremembering but I don't think the old one had this color scheme, where teal indicates a correct note. Small gripe, but it's very unattractive. And this tuner doesn't seem to do quite as good a job of finding the note I'm tuning toward and keeping it on the screen; I often find myself going sharp on things while the tuner catches up. That all said, it's rechargeable, which in a casual home use environment is a great feature to have, and gives a real "the future is here" feeling. I think that might be trickier for a gigging musician, who'd like to have the option to toss a new battery in if they forgot to charge the thing, but that's just a hunch. Anyway, I don't regret the purchase, but I can't shake the feeling my old battery-powered Snark was a better overall unit.

Works wonderfully! I was pleasantly surprised and Amazed that I could tune my guitars even with the TV on. My play still sucks, but at least I’m tuned, Yay!
