Quercetin....great formula!
Quercetin helps stabilize cells that release histamine...I felt it helped me by preventing allergic reactions, especially this time of year when i tend to be irritated by ragweed and other environmental allergens. I've been taking it on an empty stomach a few times a day. I like that there are no additives or questionable ingredients in this formula. Very helpful supplement!
