Texture people might think twice
The texture is alittle funny but you do get use to it after a week or so

Does what it says.
My 15 yr old and my husband take these to help stay asleep. Uses 2 a night and wakes up refreshed and not groggy. As a nurse I take these after long shifts to help avoid leg cramps and fatigue.

These work!
These gummies have been so helpful. My 5 year old is on the spectrum and has adhd, and these gummies really help to bring him down. They don’t make him tired or drowsy, or drain out his personality. They just turn down the excitement a notch. On our second bottle.

Something changed
*update* The seller contacted me and offered to replace the bottle. I hope the next one isn't the same. I've also been having issues like other customers with the gummies looking like they were stored in a warm area. I've bought these gummies for a while. They have a good flavor and provide the supplements I need. This last bottle smells and tastes terrible. Not sure what happened. Will pause my subscription until I talk to the seller.

Supports Digestion and Tastes Great
These have really helped my digestion. I take them after dinner and they are so yummy it is like eating candy. I have been using them for a month and I can tell the difference. I don't really think it helps with my sleep though or has a calming effect. I mainly bought them for digestion, so it is a win for me!!
