Yes, I believe they would. They're quite thick. Please note that I found them too small for several of my fingers, but if you have skinny fingers they should work.

I was more concerned with how they helped with the trigger finger problem, which is the main reason for the product. It worked so well on my trigger finger that I did not notice any warmth compared to all of my other fingers. I would venture to say if you are buying these to keep your fingers warm, you should look for another product.

Is the outer part tacky or smooth? Could yarn glide over it easily for needlework?
