If you are using the Nest sensors with your thermostat, these are extremely helpful. Instead of drilling hills and using a screw to mount the sensors, you just peel the sticky take and push these into place. Then the sensor hangs from them perfectly. Super easy and super useful.

The stud is glue to the plate. One wall mount was not properly glued, and the stud came off. I got three and only needed one, so I am not complaining to the supplier. I still have one extra. The one I used is holding for now. I would have given five stars, if not for the defective one.

This works to hold our additional thermostat in our master bedroom. We like to sleep in cold temperature but the main nest is downstairs and we didn't want the entire house to be freezing. So far this does the job until we can get a mini-split installed just for the bedroom. I haven't tried to remove it and wouldn't recommend that, this adhesive is serious stuff and I could see if tearing the wall up. Plan your placement before you use this! I used cheapt double sided tape for a couple days at a few spots to find where the best placement was and then I put this up. No issue since installing!

I thought these would be flush against wall with second gen sensor. They are not.

These mounts are great for your nest sensors. The adhesive is not double sided tape or anything but a transparent strip that is easy to remove (if you do it correctly). They avoid having to use the screws that damage your walls and makes changing batteries much easier.
