Great for resuable charts/calendars. Better than the other brand.
I originally bought another brand to use on my daily income logs. I have three jobs, three different invoicing dates, and three different payperiod setups. In order to try to figure out what my income was each month I set up some Microsoft Word tables to fill in (easier for me than working in Excel), but was annoyed at how much paper I was wasting. I had seen the Rocket reusable notebooks and bought one of those to have a reusable calendar and was hoping I could just make a permanent template with it, but then a friend suggested I take one of the printed tables and just slip it into a page protector and use some wet-erase markers to write on it instead. It worked great, but the other brand were a bit too thick for the smaller cells in my table. I searched and found these Staedtler and they are WONDERFUL! Not only are they the perfect size tip, but the ink doesn't fade as easily as the other brand and all the colors show up well, not just the black. With the other brand, the red and green were useless to me. As they tried out they got much fainter. These Staedtler pens dry exactly as they look when you first write it. Super easy to clean with just a spritz of water and a wipe and no ghosting.

Still the gold standard of map markers!
Staedtler had been my go-to for map markers for thirty years, and when you use them you’ll know why. Don’t forget to get yourself a correction pen for making minor changes. Alcohol wipes work fine for clearing larger areas. I’ve never had one leak or smear once dry. I mainly use them on plasticised topo maps, but they have other uses. Easy to see, and they don’t smell offensive. Good value!

Perfect for Planner Dashboards
Update: after using these for a few days they’re not anything near what I thought. Although I love the fine point tips, they wipe off with the slightest touch. Definitely not wet erase, these are more like dry erase. These are by far the best wet erase markers on the market. Nothing compares to the fine point tip. I use them on laminated life planner dashboards and they work perfectly. Easy to remove, only use a fine mist mini spray bottle of water and tissue and it wipes off completely. Caps are a bit difficult to snap on if you have dexterity issues. I didn’t realize I hadn’t secured a cap properly on 1 marker and it dried out. However, it only took a bit of running the tip in a drop of water and dabbing onto a tissue before it started working again. I would recommend storing them cap down so you can make sure the cap is securely on.

Love the pens! Amazon's packaging leaves something to be desired.
I LOVE these pens. I lost my last set, so just had to get a new set to use. They give you a very nice, smooth, super-fine line. They are great for transparencies where you need the ability to write/draw in more detail. They also work great on laminated pages if you want to be able to write and wipe off. The line produced by these pens is significantly thinner and smoother than the fine point produced by the Expo Vis-a-Vis pens. These pens come in a very nice case that will transform into a nice holder that perfect for providing access to the pens when you need to be able to change pens quickly. The case arrived with the bottom left corner broken out and a chunk missing. The pens appear to be just fine. I did decide it wasn't worth the hassle of being without these pens for another week, printing a label to send these back, and getting this set sent. There is enough case to prevent any pens from falling out. So, I'm settling for just keeping the broken case.

Good for art
These are wonderful if you do not require intricate detail writing or very small writing. The tip is a little fat and leaks sometimes. Do not leave in the heat. Great for drawing.

Really nice, hard to find fine-point markers
I was looking for some wet-erase markers for my planner dashboards in my Erin Condren planners (meal planning, budgeting, cleaning), and had received one from a friend as a gift. But that "fine point" wasn't very fine and I had trouble getting everything I wanted written. So I started looking for finer point ones - this one definitely fits the fill! The 0.6 mm makes it finer than most ball point pens (0.7 mm) and it is very nice and easy to use. The color is bright and the lines are solid. The cap goes on and off easily and smoothly. The price might be slightly higher than other brands, but for the fine-point, it is definitely a winner. It also comes off easily with just a bit of water on a towel, but otherwise doesn't smudge, which happened a bit with the other brand I tried. This is a great product!Oh, I would not use it on the pages of my planners directly - I found it bled through a bit. But on top of a sticker, it worked very well.

UPDATE: Dried up? Tips down =)
March 2021 (Original post)3 out of 4 of the pens do not work. I've only used them twice over the last month. I've kept them stored horizontally. I'll try to store them vertically with tips down to see if they might be revived. I will provide an update as I learn more....August 2021 (Update)It seems like the ink just needed a little help by gravity. Understood. Shortly after storing the pens vertically, tips down, they worked well. This is just what I need so the ink on my calendar doesn't accidentaly smudge! They are used about 4-6 times/month when updating my calendar and the pen tips have remained fine (they have not flattened) so the ink does not bleed. I feel like updating my review from 1 to 5 stars.January 2023 (Another update)I'm still using the same 4 pens on the same wipe board. In addition, my team or 4 is using the same pens from my original post (2021). I just updated my monthly calendar (as I do everymonth, and throughout) andI had to take the time to stay... still 5 stars!
