18OE a perfect fit for 2020 outback passenger side
I've tried others and keep coming back to the bosch icons. For a 2020 outback limited you need the 26 OE for driver side and 18 OE for passenger side. And then you'll use the #6 adapter that's included.

Broke 50%
Comes prefitted with an adapter that's hard to remove (and then it's replaced with the one you need). Once the adapter is off, fitting a new one is easy but I broke the adapter mounting on one of the two wipers I bought. Why not just ship without a prefitted adapter?The diagram to remove the adapter sure makes it look easy. Wasn't for me.

Good product. Bad company
The product itself is fine. Customer service with Bosch is awful. They did not send the correct adapter, even though this is confirmed to fit my vehicle. Then when I called, the gentleman on the line was very rude and abrupt, as if this is my fault. On top of that, he gave me incorrect advice. Purchased this almost 2 weeks ago and still can't use it.
