You need this in your life
This product is really important to me.So I was using the menstrual cup for two years and I loved it. I was never stressed about having tampons and being wasteful and it was great. Then I got my IUD and I was told that it could possibly be tricky to use with certain period products due to the suction of some and as you pull them out it might take the strings of my IUD with it. This broke my heart. I truly loved the cup and its sustainability. So I tried the disc because it doesn’t use any suction.I actually was so surprised by it. It was easy to put in. I felt like my first time using the cup it didn’t go as well. My first time putting the disc in it just slid into place with a little bit of a push at the end. The tucking behind the pelvic bone is much more intimate with myself than the cup. But I used the disc 8 times throughout my period and only leaked once. And if it did leak I just kind of push it back behind my pelvic bone and I felt like that was so simple. When the cup leaked I was so nervous to take it out and readjust it. This was much better. My IUD is known to intensify cramps. And my cramps were bad before, like I used to be just FLOORED from them. It was terrible. NOW I have moderate cramps and when they do occur it’s much much MUCH less. When I realized how much they help with cramps I thought these are officially gonna be my new thing. I bought 3 boxes. Also these are great because there’s no commitment of a subscription like they are of other companies. But I do like the Flex brand better. I don’t know how to explain it but I think the Flex was more comfortable. Something about the plastic rim? But these are the closest comparison and they sell them at Target!Anyway, these discs are the way to go.

Great alternative to tampons and pads
I love these cups for all but my heaviest period days. It takes some getting used to and you cannot be squeamish about putting your fingers inside your vagina to position it correctly and remove it. I will typically rinse them out and use one for a day to a day and a half.Relax when you insert it. If you don't, your muscles will tense up and it won't end up in the right place. Mine sort of fits with the cup over my cervix, opening toward my back. If you have to bear down to use the bathroom, I recommend cleaning up and then inserting your fingers into you vagina to push it back in place. To empty it, I recommend either doing it in the shower or while sitting on the toilet. Hook your finger underneath the plastic rim and pull out more forward than down. Then turn it over and enter the contents into the water. It can be pretty messy on very heavy days, so I will generally just wear a pad so I don't have to deal with it in public. I don't feel it if it is placed correctly. I like that there is no odor and it doesn't dry me out like a tampon would.I think wearing it successfully during sex depends on the anatomy of you and your partner. My husband can feel it, but it didn't hurt him. He doesn't like it though. I know of people who have had succees, so I guess you just have to give it a try.

Better than Flex
I was using a menstrual cup for a long time, but hated to clean it, so I switched to the Flex discs. I liked the idea of them, but they always leaked and were just a little to big / stiff to be totally comfortable. I was going to go back to the ol' cup, but my sister recommended these, so I gave one a shot. They look exactly like Flex (except these are pink), but they're a tad more flexible, and maybe a little bit smaller too, with the end result of NO LEAKS! And it's super comfortable, you don't even notice it at all. If you use NuvaRing then you'll be an expert on inserting and removing this already. Otherwise, it's pretty simple to do (once you get past the initial "ew" factor). If you hate the way tampons and pads feel, and are grossed out / don't have the time to properly care for a cup, then these are the best thing out there; hands down!

Try try try....life changing
I love these cups but couldn't find them anywhere locally. Online prices were way more than i wanted to pay & found here at the best online price. As far the product i have zero complaints. I had used them years ago & stopped when i couldnt buy them anywhere. My favorite feminine product ever, periods suck but they suck less with these cups. I forget, literally forget im on my period when i use these. No odor, no gushes of clots or fear of staining. I also feel less cramping, seriously I'm not exaggerating. Takes a few tries to position it correctly & removal is a bit gruesome but for me personally its worth it. I use disposable wipes when I'm in public restrooms to clean...my finger. I can go to the gym comfortably & be active without discomfort of a pad moving around or bunching. Can be worn for 12hrs...I've gone longer without a problem but it's not recommend. Just saying it's life changing is not enough....I will never go back to traditional feminine products again. I've raved about this product to all my female friends and some are still hesitant to try....but I swear these are amazing.

Cannot express how much I love this product
Cannot express how much I love this product. Been using soft cups for about 3 years now and I will never go back to pads and tampons. The cup is so comfortable that I don't even feel it in place. Squeeze the cup to make it narrow for insertion and push it back far enough that the rim of the cup is tucked behind the pubic bone. I have never had issues with leakage but my flow is not that much even on my heavy days. Emptying the cup can be messy especially if it's full. I suggest doing this over the toilet by a sink or in the shower. Reach in to untuck the rim from behind the pubic bone and when you pull it out, just make sure it's level. I have tried using diva cups in the past and hated them because of the sensation when breaking the suction from the cervix. Also, I found them to be very difficult/uncomfortable to insert. I have tried every type of product out there and soft cups is definitely the winner!
