Easy to swallow, and doesn't repeat on me as some other supplements. I love the fact that this has green tea extract because I like the benefits of green tea but, I am not a tea drinker so I go for the extract supplements. I suffer from gastrointestinal issues and this products has the benefits of a lot of the other supplements I was taking. Now I can get the nutrients with one product. Love it.
