Some of the best knives on the market for any price point. They are comfortable in the hand, very ergonomic. The edge is very sharp and retains that sharpness for a long time. When and if you do need to sharpen these knives, they rehone very easily. I also like the color choices. Not just for style. I have a couple of different colors so that I can easily, visually, avoid cross contamination. Highest recommendation possible.

Fovorite knife in my block. Cheap price for a forged (not stamped steel) knife. Sharpens to a very sharp edge. Great weight to it.

Very sharp and easy to handle.

Excellent knife to hold and use but it does not old an edge as long as my other knives which surprised me. It will take an edge but it gets a tad dull with use. I use wet stones to sharpen my knives and they are all razor sharp after weeks of use with this one exception.

This is sharp, not too heavy and is comfortable in my hand.

So far it’s a great knife. Razor sharp. Nicely packaged. I would recommend it! The cost is non-trivial, but it beats some of the German brands. Country of Origin is China.
