This vitamin C powder tastes way better than the others I've purchased at the health food store. Plus I trust Dr. Clark's brands because I know they aren't polluted during the manufacturing process as many of our supplements and vitamins as well as pharmaceuticals are these days. I sprinkle this on food, take with water, add 1/8 tsp to honey to kill mold. Plan to use this to soak dried fruits and nuts just as Dr. Clark suggests in her book, The Cure for All Diseases.
