Poor customer service
Arrived with his head cracked off. I obviously will not return it, but the online chat "resolver" won't let you put in a credit or partial credit. It just says this product is not returnable. All Lindt chocolates are wonderful, that wasn't the issue.

Okay. Kids love them. Already knew they'd be tiny.
The chocolates themselves were fine but the cute packaging they're supposed to sit in was bent in various places. I could tell this happened before they were shipped because they were packed well in a larger box with another item, minimum shifting. I had to remove them and put them free standing in the kids baskets because the Easter Bunny is keen on presentation.I also knew they were tiny before I ordered so that was not an issue. I would have preferred the larger bunnies but due to the pandemic we are all limited in what we could get that will arrive in time. These were able to get here before Easter.
