I use it every morning! I do not see those changes like people post that their eyebrows go up or cheeks shape change right away, but I feel like my skin is glowing. Maybe because of this device I am working on my face everyday & the hyloranic acid in the conductive gel is making my skin look good. I don’t know! What I know is that the high price that I paid for this device sure is a good motivation to message my face everyday and this combined with the good quality gel are changing my skin. Even if that is the case, I am happy with my new glow.

Loved this product but after less than a year, it no longer is charging. Will see if I can exchange it. A bit disappointed…UPDATE: NuFace Company is sending a replacement. No hassle. They stand by their product. So I can now go on loving the product as well as the company. Win!

Device stopped working immediately when I tried to charge it. Would not keep the charge and would not work. Then the warranty is a joke because the company won’t replace with the same model you purchase (I had bought the trinity holiday sparkle device, paid extra to get that one here on Amazon) and because I purchased from Amazon, the company won’t refund me the money either and Amazon says they won’t allow the return either. I had read reviews about it malfunctioning, stopped working, thought that must be an anomaly—-well, it isn’t. Save your money, go to a spa.
