Excelente producto
Quedé muy satisfecha con el kit de depilación, viene muy completo. La cera no irrita y se calienta rápidamente, huele a leche dulce. Eliminó bien el vello!

Not right temp
I just can't seem to get this to warm the wax beads to a good usable temperature. Even once the beads have melted and sat, they are still too sticky to effectively use. I did manage to wax my eyebrows, but I had clumps of wax all over. Not at all happy with this.

Complete kit; works well without pain
I've used microwave wax before and currently I epilate my legs. Epilating actually hurts way more than waxing. This product worked reasonably well without causing any pain or irritation. It's easier than microwave wax and much less messy. The device is basically a tiny crockpot. The only part that I had to assemble is the lid; there's a handle that snaps into place. Otherwise, this was ready to plug in and start using.I poured in on packet of wax bean, which do smell like coconut, and set the warmer on "Hi." They were melted in about ten minutes. I switched the temperature to "Medium" and waited for it to cool down. Which may have been unnecessary, in hindsight. The crock clicks on and off as it reaches temperature so that it doesn't overheat your beans. At medium temperature, the wax was pretty thick, and definitely not too hot. I spread it on the skin with the wood sticks; it went on pretty smoothly, but a tad goopy and uneven. There's no really good way to know when to pull this off, because it looks the same when it's hardened as when it's still tacky, so you have to touch it to be sure. When it's no longer sticking to my fingers and solid-feeling, I grab it and pull it quickly off against the hair grain. The wax came off cleanly and without pain. It pulled most of the hairs out by the deep roots, but left a couple hairs. There was no skin irritation for me at all. The instructions say not to bathe for two hours afterwards; I immediately took a shower and was fine. My skin itched a little, but there was no redness or swelling or anything. Way less than I'd had previously with hot wax and epilating. This is about a thousand times less messy than microwave wax. But I would still put down some newspaper beforehand because there are long strings of semi-hard wax that get everywhere as you work. Kind of like melted cheese, but not as tasty. The strings can stick to your stuff and stay there.
