I bought this product to help alleviate the heating problem of my 5 years old laptop. I used to have a 'cheap' cooling pad before this and after trying TopMate C11, I could clearly feel the difference my laptop is now faster than ever, it no longer freezes when I am working on it, and the fan sound almost disappeared. This occurred after using this pad for just 1 month! Shout out to TopMate for such a great product. I highly recommend it for all thin gaming laptop users even if you don't have any heating problem yet because I can assure you that getting this product would prolong the virtual life of your computer for at least 3-4 years.

Everything is perfect... if you are using a macbook then just buy an usb-c to Usb 3 adapter this has an amazing Iphone stand and really keeps the laptop cool i calculated temp is controlled to 46 degrees celsius on running normal apps and below 70 degrees celsius on running intense programs the macbook fan doesn't even come on max the whole time i was using this also LED's are really cool

So far, it has helped our older laptop to cool down. The cooling pad is great in the way that you can have different fan configurations as well as different light configurations if you are into that! Thank you Topmate - good product and a happy customer.

I give a 5 star for this item cause it was delivered in good condition and work I properly, but unfortunately it came to me not same what I saw in the picture, but it's doesn't matter cause price is really deserved it... keep it up Amazon.ae 👍

Just got the cooling pad... Came perfectly packed and works like magic on my XPS...A peice of advice for the manufacturer... If the plastic at the bottom was rounded off or a bit curved... It would be more comfortable... Undoubtedly 5 star then...

I bought it for ipad , it is amazing stand and cooler very flexible and strong material, and the cooling of fans is great , i liked the lights on sides too maulti colors .For ipad it is amazing can be adjustable in many degrees, i recommend it
