IbergrifM22302 Drinking Tap, Brass Kitchen Sink Purifier Faucet, Fits All Water Filter Reverse Osmosis Systems, Silver

This is for the one way filter drinking water tap with 1/4" pipe connection. I bought this to replace one I had with the control valve near the base and had started to leak over the counter top. I liked the design of this replacement one with the twist nozzle control as it would mean any drips will go into the sink. However, the old one was fitted through a typical chipboard moulded kitchen work surface and I quickly discovered that the spigot on this new tap is very short and not long enough to go all the way through the counter. So I had to drill out some of the underside of the worktop in order to expose enough thread to screw the fixing nut onto (I also used a smaller washer to fit into the hole as the one supplied is very large). So be warned, make sure you have a suitably thin mounting location or are able to adapt it to this tap. Other than that, it seems well made and stylish. Time will tell if it is leak proof and keeps its shine.

Incluye dos conexiones de distinta medida para el tubo de entrada de agua de la osmosis (1/4" que es el tubo que suelen los equipos domésticos y 3/8" por si acaso) y dos reducciones metálicas de 3/8" a 1/2" con su junta para los latiguillos de fría y caliente (por si no tienes llave de escuadra y conectas directamente a la pared)Tanto el tacto del mezclador como el del mando de la osmosis se sienten bastante robustos. Muy sorprendido por la calidad y la rapidez del envío

Have yet to fit this tap, but appears to be well worth the money.Build construction looks good; large & weighty.

Nice looking sturdy tap , time will tell how the finish will last but looks great and works really smoothly . Bear in mind being a Spanish tap the 3 hoses that come with it the fittings at one end are not UK standard 15mm so you will need to change them . Availability from a plumbers merchant .

Faulty product after 4 months - seeking manufacturer/seller support/troubleshooting, appears to be a problem with the tap whereby water comes out of both tap outputs regardless of which handle is pressed on either side. How is this fixed? will I need to be sent a replacement tap?
