Large
I take multiple vitamins some of which are big. This is very big size. Nice strong closures and easy to separate to take a day with you on the go.

Sturdy, easy to use
I chose this because I could easily separate a single day at a time with AM and PM together. I was replacing a pill organizer that had all the AM slots for the week together on one detachable piece, and all the PM slots on a different piece together. I accidentally mixed up the AM and PM sections a couple times and took the wrong meds, so this new pill organizer was the solution. I can take off one day at a time and easily tell my AM meds from my PM meds. The whole thing put together is kind of big, but each day segment is small enough to take with me easily. The slots are big enough to fit all the different meds I take. It's easy for me to open the slots with the push button, but it's still secure enough to keep everything contained in my pocket, purse, or suitcase. I took it on a short trip, and I liked that I could put together just the days I needed instead of the whole week. The plastic is very sturdy, and it's still like new after several months of daily use. I think it's going to last me a very long time!

Great for twice daily pill organization; some usability improvements needed
After looking through half a dozen pill organizers, I finally found the AUVON Quick-Refill Weekly Pill Organizer (Twice a Day). It's large enough for those who have lots of pills, but small enough to not takeover your bathroom counter. Good quality build, with easy, removable bottom for simple refilling. Some things I wish were better: 1) I with AM/PM labels were reverse. I tend to read left-to-right, top-to-bottom. AM should be on the top and PM on the bottom, IMHO; 2) The bottom of the tray is flat, making some smaller pills hard to scoop out with your index finger. Other past organizers I've used have a slight curve in the bottom to make scooping out pills easier; 3) The organizer is one, solid piece with non-removable days. If you're traveling for a 3-day weekend, you'll have to remove and store your pills in a separate device or bags.Overall, the AUVON Quick-Refill Weekly Pill Organizer is a good product and a great value for your important, precious medicine/vitamins.

The perfect pill organizer for people on-the-go
This is the only AM+PM pill organizer I have yet to find that meets all three features I was looking for:1) It has removable days to take on-the-go, of which AM and PM are attached to each other (as opposed to other models in which you can only remove the entire week of AM or PM.)2) Slot doors are on hinges that won’t wear out (as opposed to other models that use flexible plastic, which eventually cracks with extended use.)3) Slot doors have pop-up tabs that hold them open for easy filling. For anyone who often spends the night or a few days away from home, this is perfect - you just pop off the days you need and take them with you. They easily snap back together.I’m the kind of person who spends WAY too much time researching small purchases like pill organizers but, in this case, it paid off. I’ve been looking for an organizer like this for over a year, and I only wish that it were more popular and easier to find on Amazon.

Neatly fits all pills and easy to use
I bought this for my mom who takes close to 14 pills a day including a couple of bigger than average pills. I was looking for something that was easy to open (she has arthritis in her hands so it makes it difficult to open items), something with larger holes (for those horse pills) and that can be separated by day. This pill organizer fit all those needs. I also love that it was easy to put the tops back on when I overstuffed the organizer (why are the pills so big?)My only issue with the organizer is that it is difficult to slide the days apart and to put them back together. Someone with arthritis might struggle to do on their own.
