Love this product and order all the time. Crucial for my morning recovery protein shakes....and the price is right too

Glutamine is Glutamine. You can not really rate/review glutamine, because you do not know if it really does make a difference. The reason why I bought it was because research says its healthy, increases white blood cells, and is just a good supplement running through your blood stream. You just have to find the cheapest deal you get for glutamine.

I love me some glutamine and I would have to say that this is some of the more premium grade stuff out there. Very clean, good powder consistency, mixes well in any liquid, all of which makes it work like a charm. No more "I just got beat by a sack of oranges" kind of feeling the next day after a good workout. The only reason I gave it 4 out 5 is because I forgot how small 300g is. Still about 60 servings I think though.

I've been using Glutamine for years, it's an excellent antioxidant and prevents muscle catabolism, this is important for me because I weight train but don't always take in a lot of protein and food. This product helps maintain the muscle gains while preventing the body from breaking the muscle down.

It is glutamine. Take it and doesn't seem to make me feel any different. Not sure if it does anything so I didn't buy more after I ran out.I lift 6 times a week and do 1-1.5 hours of cardio everyday so I thought I might see a difference.

I completely forgot the name of this brand and yesterday I purchased another glutamine on Amazon. Now I finally found Gaspari and I'll be buying it when I finish the one I got yesterday. I tried lots of different Glutamines and so far Gaspari gives me the best recovery after training. Price is also great. Way lower than the competition.
