AMAZING! Bathroom sink badly clogged. Seems deep down, nothings working. This thing brought up clumps of soap, hair and who knows what. Running free again. Takes a minute to get the hang of it, and the plunger to activate the claw needs strong hands, that will improve or we cancel the gym. Great gadget saves big money on a plumber. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very useful and easy to use I’m very happy with this drain cleaning tool. It is flexible, sturdy, and easy to use. It helped remove hair and debris from the drain without needing to use harsh chemicals. The long cable makes it easy to reach deeper clogs, and it feels durable and well made. Definitely a useful tool to keep at home. Great value for the price!

It did what I needed it to do, I suppose, but I wouldn't say it's the best option for what it is. Its flexibility leaves a little to be desired considered its length, as attempting to get it to bend around the S-Curve of the very first thing its name advertises for (a toilet) was a notable challenge. Plus, in so doing, part of the head seemed to become partially damaged merely from... pushing it. It removed the clog, though, helped get the drain clear, and normally I'd just consider it a 3 star and move on. But it was also cheap, which does help it out. 4 stars.

Poor quality

I purchased this item to help clean out my gutter downspouts that are “S” shaped. Worked well other than being small, but after running it in and out and picking the leaves out , the downspouts got a well deserved opening up 👍. The return spring is a bit strong but it does grip the leaves and holds tight. Overall I’m pretty happy to have gotten this tool to do the job 🙋‍♂️. I highly recommend the tool.

A must have for clogged drains! Forget draino, just buy this you won’t regret it!

I had a clog in bathroom sink. I thought this would be a good option to possibly clean out the trap. Unfortunately, the head is not very flexible. There is a spring that protects the jewels from scraping in the pipe and because it’s not very flexible trying to get it through the trap is almost impossible. It just does not have enough flexibility. This product is good if you have a long section of pipe and something fell into it, but if it has Benz that are pretty tight, then you can pretty much forget this. If I had to do it over again, I would’ve bought a $29.10 foot snake hand operated because the head of the snake would have been easier to navigate specifically due to the flexibility in a snake. As far as the jaws are concerned, I don’t find this product easy to use. It requires some hand strength to get the jaws to open and I don’t really find that the jaws grab a lot. The design is not that good. The quality is not that good either sorta has that cheap feeling to it. There are better products on Amazon, but if you have a clog either in the kitchen sink or in the bathroom sink in all honesty, you really want to buy a snake it’s worth it in the long run because this is not the answer *** Do not use this in the toilet. It will scuff up and marring the porcelain. This is made for drains, not toilets. There is a snake that is specifically made for a toilet that have a coded head that will protect the porcelain from scuffs and marring ***

I tried it in the bathtub drain but it wouldn't/couldn't make the first turn as I believe it's a 90 degree turn. The first two inches of the snake are a firm spring around the grabbing teeth so it's not as flexible as I need for that drain. Can't see it as it's in the floor. I've had trouble with trying other drain snakes also. It does work well in the sink drain though as it is the normal U-turn traps. It is sturdy and it is easy to use in a regular drain. I'm certainly glad I purchased it. It's long and easy to clean after using and store.

Was able to get in behind our shelves and retrieve a lost thin bag, amazing!

Dropped a piece of plastic in my lawn mowers fuel tank. Got this on a the off chance it'd work and it did! First time. Very satisfying to use too with the little grabber things.
