How do I determine whether my Aeron chair needs a size A, B, or C lumbar support pad? My chair's lumbar pad has 17 grooves and is about 11-1/4" between attachment points on the rear of the chair.

The A, B, or C size of your chair can be determined by rubbing your finger along the inside frame, rear, of your seat: between the shoulders and on the rear side of the chair where the frame arches away from the mesh. There are raised dots there. One raised dot = A size, two raised dots = B size. 3 raised dots (in the form of a triangle) = C size.

Is there a way to check the sizes of the A/B/C/D . Unfortunately I can't find where its indicated in my broken one to replace it?
