Q: can you charge 2 4s same time at 10amps?

yes, I have charged 2 4slipos with this charger. It will charge them but very slow. I added a 400w DC power supply and now I can charge 2 4S lipos in 42 min from storage voltage of 3.8.v per lipo. Charging at 1C.

Q: Can it be set to automatically begin charging when batteries are connected?

No, you must walk through a menu for each channel. However once a battery is connected it's just a matter of a few clicks to start.

Q: Can it charge a lipo battery in 6s without connect to the balance port(just connect to the main charging port) ?

You do not want to do this! If you have a single cell with slightly higher voltage which happens all the time by not connecting the balance port the charger is unable to tell and can over charge the cell leading to an over voltage thermal runaway (FIRE!) ALWAYS Connect your balance lead!

Q: What's needed to charge a qs8 connector battery like a cnhl 9500mah 6s

You would need to get or make a cable to go from the XT60 on the charger to the connector of your battery, and a balance lead to go from the charger balance port to the battery's balance lead. Select the appropriate settings in the charger and start.
