Really wanted to like this product; had high hopes. First-time use and the o-ring within the quick coupler immediately came out upon removing spray tip. Managed to reinsert into the inside groove but then the o-ring ripped after removing the next spray tip.The o-ring ring was very disappointing but then realized what others were saying about the "quick coupler" version of this product "spinning" when itself is inserted into a quick-coupler spray wand. I discovered the ball bearings that seat against the nozzle's collar were pitting the metal and widening the width of the nozzle's collar thus leading to "play" when moving about with the spray wand when not under pressure. Eventually this would lead to a leak.I appreciate the use of brass in this product but it does need to be able to withstand the eventually rotation of the nozzle when pressed against another quick-coupler's bearings.Again, really wanted to keep this product but the two failures upon first use are a serious disappointment.

Generally, this is a well made fitting that allows a lot of angle flexibility on a pressure washer. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars aside from one problem I've had with it. I use the fitting to pressure wash the underside of a 50-inch mower deck to clean out caked on grass. After using the fitting only twice for about 10 minutes each time, the rubber O-ring inside the quick connect fitting where the pressure washer tip is placed has disintegrated. This allows water to spray out around the base of the tip rather than directing all water through the tip itself. I'll need to purchase new seals to fix this. Be careful using this fitting! It results in a VERY strong sideways torque on the spray wand. Either firmly support the wand before use or, as I do, rest the fitting on the ground.

The Wand Wizard is fantastic. Makes reaching those hard to reach areas under equipment a breeze. I like the fact that I can also use it to spray straight ahead without removing it. No plumbing or tools required to install on the pressure washer makes this a no brainer. I can't believe I have washed equipment for so many years without this!

Works well. You have to hold it in position before pulling trigger on wand for it to hold desired position.

It looks like a good product, but did not fit my power washer.

It works exactly as described. We used it to clean the inside of an Oak Wine Barrel, which the pivoting ability worked great for.

Leaks, spins around when trying to use it...
